  • How do I get started with Data Shuttle?

    You can get started by registering for a free trial of DataShuttle (No Credit Card Required). You’ll have two weeks to try the system out.

    Once your account is created simply enter your API credentials for your CRM and your marketing automation platform. Then you can create a campaign which will map each CRM campaign to as many marketing automation platforms as you’d like.

  • What can the DataShuttle, Checkout Champ + ClickSend Integration Do?

    With DataShuttle you can perform the following functions:

    • Move contacts from Checkout Champ to a ClickSend list such as cart abandon or customer based on status changes

    • Move Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, Unique Customer ID, cart details or any number of other custom fields from Checkout Champ to ClickSend to be used in workflows and tokenized fields

    • Track conversion status based on Checkout Champ order statuses of partial, customer, declined... etc.

    • Validate phone numbers before sending them to ClickSend to determine line type (mobile vs landline), active status, carrier, and formatting.

    • Validate email addresses before sending them to ClickSend. Identify hard bounce/non deliverable email accounts, bots, litigators and fix typos on the fly.

    • Log all data that is transferred between Checkout Champ and ClickSend in the Data Shuttle system and be notified of any synchronization issues that may occur so that they can rapidly be resolved.

  • What Workflows Do You Support?

    We support moving cart abandonments (partials) to a particular list on your marketing platform and then moving that contact to a customer list after they convert.
